THE FATE OF THE KINGDOM OF THE ISLES
RESTS IN THEIR HANDS…
Scotland, 1383. After a ruthless campaign of terror across the Highlands, the Wolf of Badenoch sets his sights on the Kingdom of the Isles. Desperate to protect his people from the Wolf’s superior forces, the island king turns to Chieftain Hector MacLean.
A survivor of the Hundred Years’ War, Hector is a warrior without equal—brutal, cunning, and seemingly born to kill. But having left his violent past behind, he has no desire to return to his old ways.
When circumstances force his hand, Hector discovers that the deadly warrior he once was still lurks beneath the surface. With a renewed sense of purpose, he assembles an elite band of warriors to defend their clans, their homeland, and their way of life—and send the Wolf back to the abyss.
